I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click Forgot password? above the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 60 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
I can't log in — my email or password isn't working.
Make sure you're using the exact email address you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you're still stuck, use the Forgot password? link to reset it.
Do I need an account to request a website or service?
No — you can submit a project request from the public Project Request page without an account. An account is required to manage orders, invoices and domains.
Is my account data secure?
Yes. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Can I have multiple users on the same account?
Currently each account is tied to one email address. If your team needs access, contact our support and we'll find the best solution for your situation.
