Why do you ask for phone and address at registration?

Domain registrars like Openprovider require verified contact information to register domains on your behalf. By collecting this at registration, we can process domain orders immediately without delays.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. All data is stored encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We only share your contact details with domain registrars as required by ICANN rules. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy and Data policy for full details.

What if I don't want to order domains — can I skip Step 2?

Step 2 (registrant details) is required for all accounts because it enables us to serve your domain orders without follow-up delays later. The fields are used exclusively for domain registration and billing compliance.

Is Step 3 (company details) required?

No — company name, VAT number and additional address fields are entirely optional. Fill them in if you need invoices issued to a company entity or want your VAT number on invoices.

What happens after I register?

You'll receive a welcome email with a verification link. Click it to confirm your email address and you'll be automatically logged in to your dashboard — no separate login required.

Can I change my details after registering?

Yes. You can update your profile, address, phone and company details from your dashboard at any time. Changes to registrant info may apply to future domain orders.
